The basic plan is to be a vegan - no animal-based mostly foods - before 6 p.m., after which eat whatever you want afterward. You may't actually eat whatever you need after 6 p.m. There are foods that are good and a few which might be unhealthy. Be a "qualitarian." Concentrate on consuming high quality, real, whole foods instead of processed, industrial meals, sugar, flour, dairy, and meat. Exercise is the magic tablet that cures each illness and illness. |
