We wished to take a while to attend to some reports we've just recently heard. Sometimes our messages get misinterpreted as or taken out of context. PLEASE READ the whole post!
# 1. We DO service most makes and designs of bike shop quality non-electric bikes. We do book the right to decline to work on a bike if we consider that it would not be cost-effective, safe, and/or if it's not something that we feel falls within our wheelhouse of knowledge or quality standards.
This consists of bicycles bought from outlet store such as Walmart & Target.

# 2. We DO service electrical help bikes, nevertheless, they need to fulfill a minimum of among the following requirements:
A. If your ebike was bought here, we WILL work on it. WE SERVICE ANY EBIKE WE SELL.
B. If your ebike was NOT purchased from us, but it IS a brand that we sell AND has a MID-DRIVE motor, we will work on it. This includes Trek, Specialized, Electra, and Batch.
C. If your ebike has a Bosch electrical system, no matter the brand name of the ebike, we will deal with it.
If your e-bike does not satisfy any of these qualifications we will try to recommend a store that might work on your bike.
# 3. We might publish on our Facebook/Instagram/Website if we are requiring to TEMPORARILY restrict or pause our consumption of service work. We do this so we have a chance to catch up if we are becoming overwhelmed throughout the beginning of the main cycling season. Truth be told, we can just save a lot of bicycles at one time! Once we are captured up, we will publish a post letting folks understand that we are accepting service work again. Somehow, previous posts have been misinterpreted and folks believe we no longer service bicycles anymore.

# 4. We accept service work ALL YEAR ROUND!
Please keep in mind that we've always encouraged folks to bring bikes in for service at the END of their riding season. The very best time to get your bike serviced rapidly is at any time in between October-January. If you are one that likes to have their bike serviced before the riding season starts, bring your bicycle in at the END of your riding season. That way we can deal with it when you don't need it AND it's ready for the start of your riding season in the spring!
In the spring/summer season we are very hectic and you WILL experience a lot longer turnaround times. This will never alter.
We hope this clarifies a couple of things, and we encourage folks to reach out if there are any concerns! Thank you so much for your continued support in assisting to sustain your locally-owned, independent bike shop!
